1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the va99 platform ("Platform", "Website") and all its services. va99 is an online entertainment and betting platform providing services to adult users residing in Bangladesh.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Accurate Information

At registration, you must provide your real name, an active mobile number, and accurate personal details. Any winnings obtained through an account created with false information will be considered void.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login password and account secure. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

va99 will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to an account or any damage caused by a third party.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be rejected or returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that the wagering requirement has been met. Withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed. va99 may request additional information or place a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus applies on your first deposit at va99, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have a specific validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another account.
• va99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• The same user may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.

6Game Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

va99's games are operated by third-party software providers. Each game is subject to the rules and terms of its respective provider. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely independent and impartial.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game or event. These limits may vary by game and va99 reserves the right to change them at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, va99 may void that round or refund the bet. In such situations, va99's decision is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds provided in the sports betting section are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, any change in odds will not apply to that confirmed bet. If an event is cancelled, bets will generally be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the va99 platform:

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug for an advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Colluding with other users.
• Copying or distributing any platform content without permission.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 va99's Rights

va99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, especially if a breach of these Terms is suspected.

8.2 Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may request this by email at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.3 Suspension During Investigation

Account activity may be restricted during an investigation. Once the investigation is complete, the account will either be reactivated or permanently closed. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, any remaining funds may be returned or forfeited.
